Respite Care
Respite Care is day care provided at CCFUMC for disabled children in the community in order to give the caretakers some time off. Volunteers are needed one day a month to help care for children of all ages. Training will be provided.

Habitat for Humanity
Habitat for Humanity work is done the fourth Saturday of each month and includes any aspect of building a house for a family in need. Volunteers are needed.

Lifeline Family Center
Lifeline Family Center is a Christian based home for new single moms that need guidance in raising a child and moving into adult responsibilities of parenting. Volunteers are needed to do work on the house, baby sit, tutor and serve as house parents.

Costa Rica Mission Trip
The next mission trip to Costa Rica is scheduled for April 12th -19th, 2008. We will work with Charlie Strong and Strong Missions in San Jose to meet some needs of the people of Costa Rica. Our last trip included ground breaking of a home for Trinity, with the completion of Project Trinity by the next mission group. Immokalee
Our church continually collects used and new clothes for the people of Immokalee. Bring clothing donations to the church office and they will be taken to the Guadaloupe Center.

Pastors' Discretionary Fund
Monetary donations are accepted to provide the needs of people that stop by the church in need of help. Donations of non-perishables are also needed. Please supply any monetary and/or food donations directly to the church office. The Pastors can then provide food or money for needy people in the area.

Helping Hands
This Ministry of the Men's Group (UMM) helps our elderly church members by doing repairs on their homes. If you have a repair that needs attention and are unable to take care of – or would like to assist in this outreach, please contact Walt Williams at

Trunk or Treat Night
Halloween Night 2008, 'Trunk or Treat' provides a safe and fun alternative for trick or treating. Church members decorate their car trunk for the event and children walk from car to car to collect candy. Free food and beverage is provided as well as prizes for attending.
