GAP – God Answers Prayers

The vision of the Prayer Ministry is for Cape Coral First United Methodist Church to be a praying church. We feel called to pray continuously for our church, our leaders and each other.

The Prayer Group meets every Tuesday morning at 9:30 a.m. in Room 105. This is such a spiritual time of intercession.

The Email Prayer Chain allows many others to pray for those in need. You are invited to join our prayer chain to pray for others or if you are in need of prayer.

Praise & Prayer is a spirit-filled service on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Sanctuary. Join us in praising God in song and prayers. Often someone will give a testimony of how God has changed his or her life. Come share with us how God has touched your life.

Sundays in the Chapel gives the opportunity for confidential prayer with a member of the Prayer Team. Join us in the Chapel between services every Sunday. If God is urging you to turn a burden over to him, please pray with us.  Communion will be offered on non-communion Sundays in the Chapel.

Prayer Vigils & Prayer Walks are offered periodically as the Holy Spirit leads. Watch for invitations for these events in Sunday bulletins and newsletters.
